The healing gardens on the Trillium Family Services Parry Center campus give our youth the opportunity to learn about horticulture while they build life skills and heal from trauma. Every year they grow fruits and vegetables, then sell them at their very own farmer's market! Thank you to Trillium's Children’s Garden Coordinator & Horticultural Therapist, Jenny Bush, and her team of volunteers for growing this award-winning garden into what it is today. It is such a special place!

The act of gratitude -- that surge of true appreciation -- is a powerful thing. Studies have shown that regularly getting in touch with that which you are grateful for in your life can ease depression and reduce stress and anxiety. We at Trillium Family Services hope you know how very thankful we are for each and every one of you, today and everyday! #MentalHealthMatters #Sanctuary #FightStigma

The relevant question in psychiatry shouldn't be "What's wrong with you?" It should be "What happened to you?" #MentalHealthMatters #FightStigma #Sanctuary

Each year the community comes together to make sure our kids have a happy holiday while they are in our care. The children make their wishlist and then those items are hung as ornaments at businesses in Portland and Corvallis, where the residential programs of Trillium Family Services take place. To give a gift, simply pick up one of the ornaments at the locations listed at the link below, then return the gift to the location where you picked up the ornament. It’s simple. THANK YOU!
